Has a scale bar in feet in lower right under the title and date. Very detailed map showing Fort William, "The Barren's," houses, fields, roads/streets, "Kitty Vitty," and "Kitty Vitty Harbour," stages, gun batteries, a church, streams, wharves, flakes, sylized vegetation, "The Atlantick Ocean," 2 "King's" wharves, Magotty Cove, "The Look Out," Cuckold's Head, Cuckold's Head Cove, Wash Ballocks, North Head, South Head, Navy Hospital, Navy Brewhouse, 2 bridges, and a falls after the bridge over the stream between Kitty Vitty Pond and Kitty Vitty Harbour.
